I'm completing my first term as KYLSC D&I chair.
Goals for our LSC:
I want to develop more relationships/partnerships with community groups.
Establish connection with Paralympic and Special Olympic swimming within KYLSC.
Eventually have a D&I camp within KYLSC.
Want to learn more about ways to fund swim lessons for underserved populations.
I am also an official who likes to officiate at our LSC meets, as well as regional and National meets. I like to serve as a mentor to new officials in our LSC.
