Along with a shortened business meeting, the LSC Development Committee will conduct a presentation of the many services and programs available to LSCs.
This session will introduce the concept to local leaders who may want to host an event in their area. The summit series is designed to inspire leadership in our athletes and build their confidence to achieve success both in and out of the pool. These events can give a voice to athletes who wish to take their leadership skills to the next level. USA Swimming staff will share a step by step process on how to implement at a local level including budgeting, logistics, scheduling, etc.
