Representatives from the 20 Mighty Mega LSCs will again gather with their peers for their 3rd annual reunion to discuss the theme of the Mighty Series November workshops: "Leading To Make an Impact in Your LSC." The new series of workshops are focused on how coach engagement in LSC governance is crucial to athlete success in the pool and out. Come prepared to share how your LSC is intentionally supporting the engagement of coaches in the development of successful programming in your LSC. Participants will walk away with creative ideas that are already working in your peer group! The following LSC’s are part of the Mighty Mega Group: CO, FL, GA, GU, IL, IN, MR, MI, MA, MN, NE, NJ, NC, NT, PC, PV, ST, SE, CA, and WI. Each LSC is encouraged to send 2 representatives to this invigorating, fast-paced session.
