Valencia Peterson - Executive Director 
OPEN DOOR ABUSE AWARENESS PREVENTION
Valencia Peterson is the Founder and CEO of Open Door Abuse Awareness Prevention (ODAAP) Program, a nonprofit organization that aims to prevent sexual assault and intimate partner violence by providing trauma-informed prevention education to youth. In addition to her evidence based prevention work, she is a Football Coach for Penn Wood High School in Delaware County, a Philadelphia suburb. She has been training and working alongside high school and colleges coaches in the greater Northeast to promote sexual and dating violence prevention education to young men. "Coach V” has been invited to speak at various workshops and conferences, including most recently as the keynote speaker for the California Coalition Against Sexual Assault (CALCASA). She is also a certified trainer for the Coaching Boys Into Men (CBIM) curriculum with Futures Without Violence and serves on their advisory board. The embodiment of Coach V’s philosophy is prevention, which is the most vital aspect of intervention in today’s struggle against sexual assault and intimate partner violence.

Charlotte A. Marshall, PhD. - Chief Program Officer 
OPEN DOOR ABUSE AWARENESS PREVENTION
Dr. Marshall is the Chief Program Officer of Open Door Abuse Awareness Prevention Program (ODAAP). Trained as a social psychologist, Dr. Marshall’s research expertise includes using quantitative and qualitative research methodologies to explore adolescent and college student psychological well being. Her teaching experience comprises of both undergraduate and graduate level psychology courses. Throughout her career, Dr. Marshall has passionately utilized data to advocate for and empower those around her. She is also known affectionately known as “Coach Doc” amongst ODAAP athletes and has been trained in Coaching Boys Into Men (CBIM) with Futures Without Violence. Charlotte holds a Bachelors from Spelman College (Atlanta, GA) and a Doctorate in Psychology from the University of Delaware (Newark, DE).
